Camp and conference center brochures to attact attendees

In 2003, this Christian organization opened a new premier Conference Center and Camp deep in the woods of New Hampshire. The Camp & Conference Center was envisioned as a place that would be accessible to all, a place to nurture and form youth and leaders in their Christian faith. A place that offered warm hospitality to other non-profit educational and religious institutions.

Create clear, inviting content and visuals

During the construction of the new convention center and children’s camp, Ferrante & Associates was engaged to design and print the new promotional printed handout brochures, along with designing, printing and mailing of progress newsletters. Following a very successful opening and first season, Conference_Center_BrochureFerrante & Associates was asked to develop additional printed materials for a new summer camp program.

Since the audience for the camp would be children and their parents, promotional materials such as brochures, mailers and posters had to be both informative and fun. We used a vibrant palette of color and designed a format that was child-friendly. Then the same graphics were reused for a poster that was distributed to affiliated churches. This repurposing provided substantial cost savings.

Creatively inspired and executed

The client was so pleased with the results of our efforts that we were recommended to the parent organization in Boston to help design and print many additional promotions. And we were brought back for many years for repeat performances of the Conference Center and Camp promotions.
